Terms of Service

Last updated: July 27, 2026

This is a plain-language starting point, not legal advice. Have it reviewed before relying on it.

What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of this website. Client engagements — actual project work — are governed by the written agreement we sign together, not by this page.

Using this site

You're welcome to browse, read, and reach out. Don't misuse the site: no attempting to break it, scrape it abusively, or submit spam through the inquiry questionnaire.

Our content

The content, design, and branding on this site belong to Merritt Systems. Don't reuse the Merritt Systems name, logo, or content without permission. Case studies describe real client work anonymized out of respect for those clients.

No guarantees from browsing

The information here is provided as-is, to describe what we do. It isn't professional advice for your specific situation, and submitting an inquiry doesn't by itself create a client relationship — that starts when we both sign an agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Merritt Systems isn't liable for damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Pulaski County, Arkansas.

Changes and inquiries

We may update these terms as the site evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Questions: gavin@merrittsystems.co — Merritt Systems, Little Rock, AR.
